TL;DR
AI Engineer (GenAI/Python): Building and deploying production AI agents and data analytics tools for enterprise automation with an accent on LLMs, prompt engineering, tool integration, and evaluation. Focus on developing reliable and scalable AI systems, integrating agent frameworks and cloud platforms, and writing tested software through Git-based workflows.
Location: Hybrid only from Warsaw, Cracow, Gdansk or Wroclaw, Poland

What you will do
- Design and build production AI agents from system prompts through tool integration and evaluation.
- Develop and deploy GenAI and data analytics tools for enterprise automation and analytics.
- Use Python and modern AI and cloud technologies to build reliable, compliant, and scalable systems.
- Collaborate with innovative engineers in dynamic, cross-functional teams.
- Write tested code and participate in Git-based workflows and code reviews.
Requirements
- Strong Python programming and software engineering skills.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted software development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor.
- Experience with Azure or AWS cloud and data platforms.
- Working knowledge of an agent or LLM framework, such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or Anthropic SDK.
- Experience with Git-based workflows, code reviews, and tested code.
- Availability for hybrid work from Warsaw, Cracow, Gdansk, or Wroclaw, Poland.
Nice to have
- Understanding of vector databases and hands-on experience with RAG pipelines.
- SQL knowledge and experience building and testing data pipelines.
- Azure DevOps, including ML Ops, and Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
- Containerization experience with Docker or Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of GDPR, data privacy, and enterprise compliance practices.
