Account Manager, Clients, UK (Media)

Location: London, United Kingdom; UK-based hybrid role with teams in the office around four days a week. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.

What you will do

• Manage live briefs and campaigns for UK theatrical film releases, maintaining regular client contact.
• Develop strategic and implementation frameworks, responses to briefs, campaign laydowns, and PCAs across different budget levels.
• Plan media across online and offline channels and apply knowledge of audience segments and the wider film and media landscape.
• Coordinate with AV, OOH, Digital, TED, Global, and Central MediaCom specialist teams.
• Own monthly billing processes with the EM and Universal finance teams and follow financial best practices.
• Support the success, growth, and work-life enjoyment of junior team members.

Requirements

• Experience in online and offline channel planning.
• Positive, unflappable attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in high-volume, short-turnaround account environments.
• Ability to handle regular, often urgent ad hoc requests and troubleshoot effectively.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work across multiple live briefs at different campaign stages.
