Flight Control System Designer (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Contribute to the evolution of functional and operational specifications for the Primary Flight Control System.
• Develop high-level and low-level detailed functional specifications.
• Drive programme-level trade-offs and decisions to improve the design.
• Ensure the Product Line approach is applied to functions hosted in the Primary Flight Control Computer.
• Contribute to safety analysis, verification and validation activities, and certification means-of-compliance dossiers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in engineering or technical domains relevant to complex avionics or flight systems.
• Strong background in real-time embedded systems engineering, with experience in requirement-based or model-based systems engineering.
• Extensive experience in flight control system design, integration, or testing.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships, develop a professional network, and communicate effectively.
• High degree of autonomy and strong technical problem-solving capabilities.
• Negotiation-level English.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in French, German, or Spanish.
