3D Digital Transformation Leader (Aerospace)

Location: Marignane, Marseille Area, France; onsite role with business travel and security clearance or eligibility for clearance required.

What you will do

• Define the Full 3D vision and technical reference framework for processes, methods, and tools across design, manufacturing, support, and certification.
• Build and optimize an end-to-end functional architecture covering the engineering data model and fully digitized definition dossier.
• Coordinate work packages and interfaces with Operations, Support, Information Management, Central Transformation, the Digital Transformation Office, and Dassault Systèmes.
• Manage project baselines, budgets, resource demands, gates, business cases, risks, and opportunities for helicopter programs.
• Lead internal communications, change management, training, coaching, and deployment across engineering métiers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in complex project management.
• Senior background in Process, Methods & Tools related to PLM, including detailed design, configuration management, and certification.
• Mandatory experience in Full 3D / Model-Based Definition and functional architecture modelisation.
• Fluent English.
• Strong leadership for stakeholder management, customer-oriented focus, excellent communication, and an open, problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to travel for business.
• Security clearance or eligibility for clearance by recognized authorities.

Nice to have

• Experience with AGILE methodologies.
• Fluent French and/or German.
