ATR - Internship - Electrical Hybrid Systems (F/M)

Location: Toulouse Area, with the internship site in Blagnac, France

ATR develops regional aircraft and advances sustainable aircraft technologies, including high-voltage electrical and hybrid-electric propulsion systems.

What you will do

• Integrate equipment simulation models into a high-voltage electrical architecture using MATLAB Simscape.
• Run simulations and analyze high-voltage architecture behavior across operational scenarios.
• Develop electrical machine models for power generation and hybrid-electric propulsion.
• Support re-characterization of the current aircraft electrical architecture using test campaign results.
• Develop a virtual tool to analyze electrical architecture logic, connected loads, and detailed equipment models.

Requirements

• Final-year engineering student specializing in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
• Good knowledge of electrical systems modeling and simulation, particularly MATLAB Simscape.
• Good English and French language skills required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders in a multicultural environment.

Nice to have

• General knowledge of project management.
