Quality Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Cazaux, France, at a military site and Final Assembly Line; monthly travel to Toulouse is required.

What you will do

• Own the Quality Plan and Configuration Management Plan for the demonstrator programme.
• Define and run the Quality Audit Plan across the organisation and project teams.
• Support Permit to Fly audits and present aircraft status to relevant authorities with Programme Management.
• Ensure quality processes are followed during working parties, ground tests, and the flight-test campaign.
• Represent Quality at the Cazaux Final Assembly Line, close quality points in the ALB tool, and track deviations and concessions.
• Support aircraft hand-over, TLB acceptance, troubleshooting, HSE activities, and training-plan implementation.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of aircraft knowledge and experience as a Quality Operational Manager during conversion and flight-test campaigns.
• Strong practical understanding of aircraft quality and operational processes.
• French is mandatory.
• Intermediate English is mandatory.
• Pragmatic, autonomous, adaptable, accountable, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach with an uncompromising focus on safety.
• Team-player mindset and values of transparency, courage, humility, and empathy.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Lean, PPS, or other quality methodologies.
• Knowledge of FTI and GTR processes.
