hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do

• Plan, supervise, and control all phases of regular client assurance services.
• Plan engagement timing, staffing, and execution to support efficient delivery and client value.
• Lead engagement and client decision-making while keeping the Engagement Principal informed of progress and major developments.
• Develop and train staff through recruiting support, assignment planning, problem resolution, consultation, performance evaluation, and professional development instruction.
• Coordinate engagement letters, discuss assignments with clients, estimate fees, and ensure signed letters are received before work begins.
• Evaluate and revise internal controls and audit programs, monitor budgets and deadlines, communicate conclusions and recommendations, and prepare final client meetings.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 6+ years of public accounting experience focused on financial statement preparation, audits, reviews, and compilations.
• Current CPA license.
• Advanced technical knowledge of audit, accounting, and tax concepts.
• Ability to travel to client sites, including overnight travel when required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Dynamic interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and train staff.
• Excellent client service orientation with the ability to expand services and develop new business.
