Audit Manager - TCL (Technology, Communications, & Life Sciences)

Location: Hybrid role in San Jose, California, USA

Salary: $130,00–$172,950 per year

What you will do

• Provide industry-focused audit, assurance, and consulting services to Technology, Communications, and Life Sciences clients.
• Engage with clients throughout the year to understand business goals, challenges, and operational needs.
• Plan and manage fieldwork, perform internal control testing, identify deficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Review financial information and deliver guidance, business recommendations, and actionable insights.
• Manage engagement staffing, billings, collections, profitability targets, and timely delivery of results.
• Mentor and develop associates while building client and internal relationships.

Requirements

• Four-year degree required; a master’s or advanced degree is preferred.
• CPA certification required.
• At least five years of auditing or assurance experience required.
• Two years of supervisory, mentoring, and counseling experience preferred.
• Demonstrated management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Technology, Communications, and Life Sciences sector.
• Master’s or other advanced degree.
• Supervisory experience mentoring and counseling associates.
