Audit Manager (ICP)

Location: Hybrid in Rancho Cordova, California, USA; the role may also be based in Fresno, California, or the CA Central Valley. Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is required.

Salary: $103,500–$154,500 in Sacramento/Rancho Cordova, CA; $99,000–$147,800 in Fresno, CA.

What you will do

• Provide assurance and consulting services to industrial and consumer products or technology clients.
• Engage with clients throughout the year to understand business goals and challenges.
• Test internal controls, assess deficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Manage fieldwork, engagement staffing, billings and collections, quality, and timely delivery.
• Provide financial statement guidance, business recommendations, analysis, and client insight.
• Mentor and coach staff while supporting engagement team growth and building internal and external relationships.

Requirements

• Four-year degree required.
• CPA required.
• Five years of experience required.
• Management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service, maintain ethical standards, pursue continuous learning, see both the big picture and details, and complete quality work on time.
• Highly developed software and Microsoft Suite skills.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s, master’s, or advanced degree in accounting.
• Five or more years of financial statement auditing experience within a public accounting firm.
• Industrial or consumer products industry experience.
• Two or more years of supervisory experience mentoring and counseling associates.
