Salary: $111,000–$145,710 in Sacramento/Rancho Cordova, California; $92,000–$146,340 in Fresno, California.

What you will do

• Provide industry-focused audit, assurance, and consulting services to industrials and consumer products clients.
• Engage with clients throughout the year to understand business goals, challenges, and operational needs.
• Design and perform testing of internal controls, identify deficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Manage audit fieldwork, quality, timelines, staffing, billings, collections, and engagement profitability.
• Provide financial-statement guidance, business recommendations, and insights based on analysis and testing.
• Mentor and coach associates while supporting their technical, professional, and leadership development.

Requirements

• Four-year degree required; a master's or advanced degree is desired.
• CPA certification required.
• Five years of audit and assurance experience required.
• Two years of supervisory experience, including mentoring and counseling associates, is desired.
• Strong management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship is preferred.
