Audit Manager (Tribal Industry)

Location: Remote within the United States, with 50%+ annual travel to client sites throughout the United States.

Salary: $97,000–$145,000 per year, plus potential annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Manage audit, review, and compilation engagements across multiple teams.
• Oversee staffing, planning, budgeting, risk assessment, fieldwork, financial reporting, and engagement conclusions.
• Partner with Senior Managers, Directors, and Partners on risk assessment, audit procedures, and reporting.
• Research complex accounting matters and communicate guidance on transactions.
• Support GAAP compliance and the adoption of GASB Accounting Standard Updates.
• Provide performance feedback, training, client support, and business development leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• CPA license required.
• At least 5 years of experience, preferably in public accounting.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Ability to travel to client sites 50% or more annually.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
