Business Analyst Intern (AI)

Location: Sant Cugat del Valles, Barcelona, Spain. On-site internship. Candidates must currently be enrolled at a university in Spain, remain enrolled until the end of the internship, be eligible to sign an internship agreement with their university, and be available from February 2027 through September 2027.

What you will do

• Analyze operational and business performance data to identify issues and trends and help prioritize actions.
• Work with Supply Chain, Planning, Customer Support, and IT stakeholders to create and follow action plans through closure.
• Support the intake, assessment, prioritization, and governance of new service requests.
• Prepare status updates and dashboards covering progress, risks, and next steps.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate work using Power BI, Power Platform, and Copilot/AI.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Supply Chain/Operations, or a related field.
• Comfortable working with data and hands-on with AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar, with curiosity to automate and simplify work.
• Curious, analytical, and structured, with a proactive approach and strong follow-through.
• Clear communicator who is comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.
