Employee Experience Program Support Intern

Location: Sant Cugat del Valles, Barcelona, Spain. On-site internship. Candidates must be currently enrolled at a university in Spain, remain enrolled through the end of the internship, be eligible to sign a university internship agreement, and be available from February 2027 through June–July 2027.

What you will do

• Support planning training programs aligned with the employee experience roadmap.
• Create and update training content and learning materials.
• Assist with program rollouts by suggesting creative tools and participant engagement methods.
• Track participation, collect feedback, and support program evaluation.
• Review participant feedback to improve training content and program structure.
• Communicate training materials, available tools, and schedules to participants while supporting employee experience priorities.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or Marketing and approaching graduation.
• Basic planning and project coordination skills, with an interest in learning and development, human resources, and improving employee experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex topics clearly and work collaboratively.
• Good organization, creative problem solving, initiative, adaptability, integrity, and a positive attitude toward learning.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.
• Must be enrolled at a university in Spain, remain enrolled until the end of the internship, and be eligible to sign an internship agreement with the university.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with project management and change management concepts.
