EV Training Engineer (Electric Vehicles)

Location: Tarragona, Spain; hybrid work model based at IDIADA HQ.

What you will do

• Provide training on electric, hybrid, and hydrogen vehicles and their systems as part of the powertrain safety training team.
• Develop and adapt training materials and prepare didactic content for electric and hybrid vehicles.
• Develop e-learning courses on electric vehicles for different platforms.
• Carry out measurements and tests on electric, hybrid, and hydrogen vehicles and write reports on the results.
• Conduct theoretical and practical courses on electric and hybrid vehicles.

Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanics, Electronics, Electricity, or a similar field.
• Strong organizational skills and a solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Availability to travel.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of other languages.
