Change Manager (Training Focus)

What you will do

• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans for transformation initiatives.
• Assess change impacts and support stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and organizational readiness.
• Create and deliver training materials, user guides, and communication content.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for end users and business stakeholders.
• Drive user adoption and business readiness for new processes and systems while monitoring adoption and gathering feedback.
• Collaborate with project teams, business leaders, and subject matter experts.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Change, Training, or a related consulting role.
• Experience working within a consulting environment.
• Proven experience designing and delivering training programs.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience supporting business transformation or system implementation projects.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP, HCM, CRM, or digital transformation programs.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR.
• Experience creating e-learning content and training documentation.
