Compliance Coordinator

What you will do

• Coordinate contractor and supplier onboarding processes and ensure agreed service levels are achieved.
• Monitor compliance with Group processes, procedures, and agreements, addressing issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate subcontractor records and update database statuses.
• Support internal stakeholders and third-party partners with Procurement and Supply Chain procedures.
• Produce onboarding reports, managed lists, and divisional KPI updates.
• Resolve issues proactively and escalate concerns to line management when appropriate.

Requirements

• Previous administration or coordination experience.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and maintaining databases.
• Ability to follow processes, manage competing priorities, and build positive stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to work from the Warrington location.
