Senior Planner, Inventory Management (Retail)

Location: Greater London, United Kingdom; hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely. Candidates must already have the right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Execute and maintain sublevel inventory and OTB plans for Coach Europe to support inventory and sales strategy.
• Lead core assortment receipt planning with Buying, aligning receipt flow with sales trends and inventory targets to maximize sell-through.
• Maintain Oracle planning systems and deliver seasonal and in-season sales reforecasting, including receipts, inventory, GM%, stock turn, and W.O.H.
• Prepare monthly inventory risk and opportunity inputs, support order chasing and prebooked materials, and execute global excess plans.
• Monitor inventory performance, ageing, and stock turn; report variances and risks clearly.
• Execute Local Fulfillment Center purchase order splits and rebalances, while ensuring data integrity and consistent system use as a systems super user.

Requirements

• Significant inventory management experience at Merchandiser, Planner, or similar level.
• Commercial focus, numeracy, analytical ability, knowledge of demand planning processes, and strong understanding of the key financial drivers of business performance.
• Advanced retail math and Excel skills, including demonstrated proficiency in building reports and analytical tools.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and engage effectively at all levels.
• Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to develop clear recommendations through analysis.
• Existing right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or MicroStrategy.
