Location: Manchester, UK, with an office-based hybrid arrangement and 15 work-from-home days per year

What you will do

• Monitor competitor product offers and pricing, responding to market changes.
• Manage supplier relationships and act as the primary contact for supplier sales teams.
• Build product ranges and source new products for promotional events and incremental sales.
• Set core and promotional retail pricing while maximizing product margins.
• Forecast stock requirements and oversee ordering for products, testers, and promotional items.
• Analyze SKU performance and provide stock, sales, and ad-hoc reports to suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Buyer is essential.
• Experience in FMCG range management.
• Excellent Excel skills with strong numerical and analytical ability.
• Solid business acumen and customer focus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to embrace change in a growing retail environment.
