Senior Distribution Management Specialist (Remote)

Location: Remote, Arizona, United States; travel within the territory is required, with automobile travel representing approximately 30–40% of the role.

Salary: USD 106,000–137,000 per year.

What you will do

• Act as an E&S liaison and relationship manager for agents, supporting profitable growth in volume and policy count.
• Develop an agency force familiar with MUSIC initiatives, products, policies, procedures, and services.
• Make consistent underwriting decisions, follow pricing philosophies, and promote ease of doing business.
• Monitor agency results, growth, profitability, share of wallet, and compliance with company initiatives and procedures.
• Build relationships with agents, underwriting, claims, loss control, AMSs, and corporate teams; conduct underwriting, sales, and information technology training.
• Perform risk inspections, recommend improvements or corrections, document files, and follow up on deficiencies.

Requirements

• Proven track record of establishing, prioritizing, and achieving business goals.
• Superior communication, negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, proactive, flexible, and able to work independently from a remote location.
• Ability to maximize technology for high productivity and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internal business software.
• Valid state-issued driver's license in good standing and ability to drive an automobile.
• College degree preferred, with 6+ years of underwriting, marketing, or field underwriting experience.

Nice to have

• 4 years of agency management and rating experience.
• 3 years of claims and loss-control inspection experience.
