Associate - Corporate Development & Strategic Finance (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Bellevue, Washington, United States; onsite presence required.

Salary: $88,000–$130,000 base salary annually, plus bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Build and own valuation, DCF, comparable-company, precedent-transaction, merger, accretion/dilution, returns, operating-plan, and scenario-analysis models.
• Support live M&A processes through diligence coordination, data room management, advisor workflows, structuring, and regulatory workstreams.
• Prepare investment memos, board materials, investor materials, leadership updates, and IC-ready analysis under tight timelines.
• Support long-range planning, capital planning, management reporting, and financial targets for the Americas business.
• Evaluate organic and inorganic opportunities through build/buy/partner analysis, market sizing, competitive assessment, hurdle-rate analysis, and portfolio prioritization.
• Partner with business and functional leaders and external advisors on strategic decisions, market entry, partnerships, and operational buildout.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or strategy consulting with significant transaction exposure.
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills, including the ability to build and defend three-statement or merger models from scratch.
• Strong written communication and the ability to turn analysis into a one-page recommendation for a CEO.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment with minimal oversight.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• CFA charterholder status or progress toward the designation.
• Experience with strategic finance, FP&A, or long-range planning alongside transaction work.
• Exposure to technology, AI infrastructure, data centers, or digital infrastructure.
• Experience with cross-border transactions, carve-outs, or regulatory processes.
