Salary: $8,810.92–$13,202.50 CAD monthly

What you will do

• Lead change management for complex, Faculty-wide digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop engagement, communication, adoption, and implementation strategies.
• Partner with faculty, operational, technical, and client teams to align transformation objectives.
• Coordinate implementations across technical teams, operational units, and departments.
• Monitor adoption, organizational impacts, risks, dependencies, and realized benefits.
• Develop change management methodologies, standards, controls, and corrective actions.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
• At least five years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• In-depth knowledge of applications and the business requirements supporting them.
• Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and evaluate strategic communications and change management plans.
• Strong analytical, communication, planning, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion, and respect for diverse perspectives.

Nice to have

• Prosci training.
• Knowledge of the Faculty of Medicine, IT service delivery, and related business requirements.
• Experience mentoring and coaching staff and developing strategic business plans.
