Technical Program Manager (RPA/Agentic Automation)

What you will do

• Lead client-facing RPA, agentic automation, and custom solution programs from presales and order initiation through delivery and handover.
• Create delivery plans and manage scope, change, release, resources, timelines, quality, costs, and risks across the program lifecycle.
• Coordinate with client RPA or Agentic Centers of Excellence, Services PMO, Account Executives, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering.
• Run internal and client-facing status meetings, report on progress, billings, resource utilization, service credits, and incurred costs.
• Maintain high-quality documentation and deliverables, support hands-on work when needed, and ensure alignment with hirify.global standards.
• Drive client references and case studies, identify new hirify.global use cases, and escalate risks or delivery issues to management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering client-facing technology projects, including software development and systems integration.
• Experience leading multiple customer-facing projects or programs simultaneously.
• Experience with agile, waterfall, SDLC, hybrid methodologies, and continuous integration.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and quantitative skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities using data and metrics.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Project+, or a similar project management certification.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
