Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid role in Halifax, Montreal, or Toronto, Canada.

What you will do

• Lead and inspire the team to achieve product objectives and drive delivery.
• Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap through cross-departmental collaboration.
• Work with engineering to refine and develop innovative product solutions.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and finance to ensure product viability.
• Manage backlogs, prioritize work, validate sprint deliverables, and champion Agile methodologies.
• Ensure timely product delivery and strengthen internal processes with Product and Tech teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS business.
• Proven experience developing and expanding SaaS platforms.
• Experience managing integrations and working with APIs.
• Experience building AI-first products from concept through launch.
• Familiarity with fraud management tools and risk mitigation workflows.
• Experience supporting global user bases.
• Expertise in building and maintaining critical embedded infrastructure.
• Ability to drive, delegate, and support initiatives across the team.
• Ability to work dynamically and adapt in a fast-paced environment, with clear and effective English communication across diverse cultural and technical backgrounds.
