Sr. Principal Product Manager (AI Agents)

Location: Remote, Ontario, Canada

Salary: CAD 185,000–195,000 annually, plus potential bonuses, commissions, equity, or other incentives.

What you will do

• Define and own the company-wide product vision, strategy, principles, standards, and roadmap for AI Agents.
• Analyze emerging AI capabilities, technologies, market shifts, and customer problems to identify high-value product opportunities.
• Build business cases covering target customers, differentiated value propositions, monetization potential, strategic fit, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead Agent products from concept through launch and scale in partnership with product, engineering, architecture, go-to-market, and other teams.
• Influence platform investments and technology direction across teams without direct management responsibility.
• Define success metrics for the Agent portfolio, including customer value, adoption, revenue, and competitive differentiation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management experience, ideally including recent work with AI technology.
• Experience setting product vision and influencing company-level strategy in ambiguous and evolving markets.
• Strong product judgment, customer empathy, commercial instincts, and ability to assess willingness to pay.
• Strong technical fluency with AI Agents, LLMs, APIs, MCP, and modern AI architectures.
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership, communication, influence, and execution across teams.
• Must be based in Ontario, Canada; the role is remote.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI or Agentic AI products.
• Experience launching and monetizing new B2B SaaS products.
• Experience with vertical SaaS, operational workflow automation, fitness, wellness, health club technology, or gym management platforms.
