Salary: CAD 118,000–168,000 per year

What you will do

• Own product strategy and go-to-market execution for one or more product lines from ideation through delivery.
• Analyze market dynamics, competitive research, client feedback, and usage data to guide product decisions.
• Develop product roadmaps, charters, requirements, and epics within a quarterly Agile cadence.
• Define investment strategies and deliver cloud-native, AI-first information management solutions.
• Collaborate with development, UX, product marketing, and field teams to deliver client-focused products.
• Communicate product vision and value to internal stakeholders and clients.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of professional product management experience, ideally in enterprise software, cloud platforms, or B2B ecosystems.
• Strong market analysis, competitive research, client discovery, prioritization, and trade-off management skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, modern product development tools, product roadmaps, and product outcomes.
• Understanding of private and public cloud technologies, including AWS and Azure, and data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot and Claude, including experience creating product demos through vibe coding and wireframing.
