Implementation Manager (Healthcare SaaS)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects, managing timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
• Act as the primary client contact during implementation, provide guidance, lead meetings, manage expectations, and build trusted relationships.
• Develop and conduct training and onboarding sessions for client stakeholders.
• Customize and configure SaaS solutions to meet client requirements while following implementation best practices.
• Identify and resolve implementation issues, document configurations and client-specific requirements, and maintain project momentum.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to deliver successful implementations and new product deployments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software implementation within the healthcare industry or healthcare SaaS.
• Proven success managing complex implementation projects from initiation to completion, including timelines, risks, dependencies, scope, and stakeholder expectations across multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey project information clearly and concisely, lead meetings, and manage expectations.
• Familiarity with healthcare software systems and the ability to understand technical concepts and translate business requirements into system configurations.
• Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills, with the ability to understand and respond to unique client needs.
• Ability to analyze issues, think critically, troubleshoot challenges, and provide effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative and adaptable team-player attitude, including the ability to work across departments, give and receive feedback, and operate effectively in a collaborative culture.
• Ability to complete Healthcare Financial Management Association CRCR training with a passing score within the first 90 days and complete the hirify.global Implementation Manager onboarding program.

Nice to have

• Foundational understanding of revenue cycle management, including patient billing, collections workflows, and payer dynamics.
• Experience implementing SaaS-based solutions, ideally in healthcare or revenue cycle management.
• Familiarity with cloud-based deployment models, system integrations such as APIs and EHR/PM systems, data migration, configuration best practices, scalable implementation approaches, and SaaS client onboarding.
