Director, Technology Implementations - Workflow (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States; listed location is Parsippany-Troy Hills, New Jersey. Travel to client sites may be required up to 5% annually.

What you will do

• Own the collections workflow platform and lead implementations for new clients and existing client expansions.
• Oversee solution design, workflow configuration, testing, training, go-live, stabilization, and post-go-live support.
• Ensure client data, workflows, and operational processes are integrated into the platform.
• Partner with Product, Operations, Engineering, Analytics, Data, Client Delivery, and Support to define priorities, enhancements, and the product roadmap.
• Build and mentor implementation consultants and solution analysts while establishing methodologies, governance, KPIs, SLAs, and operational dashboards.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex implementation and support issues and provide executive reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare technology, software implementations, product management, or technical operations.
• 3+ years leading implementation, support, consulting, or product-focused teams, with experience as a Product Owner, Solution Owner, Technical Lead, or Implementation Leader.
• Proven experience managing complex software implementations and communicating effectively with executives, clients, and technical teams.
• Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries and analyzing datasets to validate implementation results.
• Knowledge of healthcare data transactions including 837, 835, and 277; compliance with HIPAA and information security requirements is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AWS Cloud technologies.
• Experience with AI/ML-enabled healthcare applications.
