Middle+ Recruiter

We are looking for a Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our Recruitment Agency team and take ownership of recruitment from the initial hiring request to the candidate’s onboarding.

What you will do:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: from understanding the hiring need to offer and onboarding.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, Telegram, professional communities, and other relevant channels.
• Recruit for a variety of IT positions, including developers and other technical specialists.
• Recruit specialists for the Advertising team, including marketing and performance-related roles.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.
• Assess candidates’ experience, motivation, communication skills, and overall fit for the role.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and manage the recruitment process at every stage.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Manage test assignments and follow up on deadlines and feedback.
• Prepare offers and support candidates through the hiring and onboarding process.
• Keep recruitment processes and candidate information organized in the ATS/CRM.
• Proactively search for candidates and build a pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Hands-on experience in hiring IT specialists.
• Experience recruiting for marketing, advertising, or performance-related positions will be a plus.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to find candidates independently.
• Experience working with LinkedIn and other sourcing channels.
• Ability to work independently and manage several vacancies simultaneously.
• Strong communication and candidate management skills.
• Good understanding of the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of hiring tasks.
• Russian at a fluent/native level, English at B1 level or higher.
• Readiness to work full-time (Mon-Fri, 9/10-18-19 GMT +3).
