Associate Director, Instock Management (Supply Chain)

Location: Plantation, Florida, United States; some travel may be required.

Salary: $137,500–$221,500 per year, plus eligibility for 401(k), equity grants, and potentially an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Lead long- and short-term supply planning and end-to-end inventory management.
• Manage, hire, coach, and develop a team of supply chain professionals.
• Oversee inventory availability, forecasting alignment, inventory health metrics, service levels, cost, and efficiency.
• Coordinate manufacturing, supplier production, inbound flows, vendor performance, logistics, and transportation strategy.
• Partner with planning, forecasting, operations, finance, and vendor management stakeholders to improve supply chain performance.
• Lead system enhancements, automation, scalable process development, continuous improvement, and strategic supply chain initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• 5–10+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, or inventory management, including recent people leadership responsibility for at least three direct reports.
• Experience with supply planning, demand planning, or end-to-end inventory management is required.
• Strong analytical, communication, cross-functional influence, and complex problem-solving skills.
• Experience with forecasting, purchasing, manufacturing, inventory management systems, and scalable processes in high-growth or complex environments.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel; SQL and Tableau are preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with private label, imports, or direct manufacturing partnerships.
• Advanced technical skills in SQL, Python, or statistical analysis.
• MBA or equivalent advanced business education.
