Associate Director, Instock Management

Location: Plantation, Florida, United States; the position may require some travel.

Base salary: $137,500–$221,500 per year, with eligibility for 401(k), equity grants, and potential annual bonus.

What you will do

• Lead long- and short-term supply planning and end-to-end inventory management.
• Manage, hire, coach, and develop a team of supply chain professionals.
• Oversee inventory availability, forecasting alignment, inventory health, and service-level performance.
• Coordinate manufacturing, supplier production, inbound flows, logistics, and transportation strategy.
• Partner with planning, forecasting, operations, finance, vendor management, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Develop SLAs, analytical models, performance frameworks, project plans, system enhancements, automation, and scalable processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• 5–10+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, or inventory management, including recent people-leadership responsibility for at least 3 direct reports.
• Experience with forecasting, purchasing, manufacturing, supply planning, demand planning, or end-to-end inventory management.
• Strong analytical, communication, strategic influence, team-development, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Excel; experience with SQL and Tableau is preferred.
• Experience developing scalable processes in high-growth or complex environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with private label, imports, or direct manufacturing partnerships.
• Advanced technical skills in SQL, Python, or statistical analysis.
• MBA qualification.
