Senior Enterprise Program Manager

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise programs from initiation and planning through implementation, stabilization, operational handoff, and confirmation of business value.
• Translate approved business objectives into program scope, success measures, roadmaps, integrated plans, dependencies, sequencing, and critical paths across projects, teams, and vendors.
• Establish governance models, lead working teams and steering committees, and maintain RAID logs, status reporting, decision logs, and program documentation to EPMO standards.
• Manage program budgets, forecasts, variances, vendors, implementation partners, risks, issues, and cross-workstream dependencies.
• Partner with executives, business owners, technology leaders, and business leaders on priorities, technical-to-business communication, change management, training, communications, and adoption.
• Provide executive dashboards and portfolio updates, coordinate project managers and workstream leads, mentor contributors, improve EPMO standards and tools, and lead post-implementation reviews.

Requirements

• 10 years of project and program management experience leading complex business and/or IT initiatives, including 5+ years leading multi-project, multi-workstream programs.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS).
• PMP certification.
• Expert-level program management experience with a proven record of delivering results through complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including the ability to connect program execution to strategic and financial outcomes.
• Ability to work fluently with technical detail and business needs and bridge delivery teams with business leadership.
• Exceptional critical thinking, root-cause analysis, practical problem-solving, influencing, negotiation, and communication skills, including with senior and executive leaders.
• Ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity and changing priorities; resilience, accountability, and openness to feedback.
• Experience with program governance, change management, and vendor management.
• Proficiency with project and portfolio management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or Planview, and Microsoft 365.

Nice to have

• Prosci or ACMP change management certification.
• Agile/Scrum certification.
• Experience in Retail, Hospitality, Oil/Gas, or acquisition-integration environments.
