Senior Enterprise Project Manager (Finance Transformation)

Location: Billerica, Massachusetts, United States; Warsaw, Poland; Porto, Portugal

Base salary: $151,200–$269,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead complex global programs from business case and charter through implementation, stabilization, and benefits realization.
• Define scope, milestones, resources, financial requirements, delivery accountabilities, and integrated execution plans across functions and regions.
• Coordinate workstreams and dependencies across Finance, BPO, GBS, IT, Tax, business groups, and external partners.
• Establish governance structures, steering committees, decision rights, stage gates, escalation paths, and executive reporting.
• Present program status, risks, trade-offs, recommendations, and decision requests to the CFO, Executive Leadership Team, and senior steering committees.
• Manage RAID, budgets, resources, dependencies, benefits, project standards, and capability transfer while coaching PMO and project resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree and continuing education are preferred.
• Active PMP certification required; program-management or change-management certification is preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive project or program management experience in a global life sciences or biotechnology environment.
• Experience leading enterprise projects in an organization with approximately $4B or greater revenue and presenting to CFO, ELT, and senior steering committees.
• Experience with Finance transformation, GBS or shared services, ERP/S/4HANA, M&A integration, e-commerce, Order Management, tax, or e-invoicing.
• Fluent English required; additional language capability is an advantage. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, passport, and ability to travel domestically and internationally are required.
