Senior IT Digital Program Manager

Location: On-site at least 4 days a week in Maplewood, Minnesota, or Austin, Texas, United States. Travel may include up to 25% domestic and international travel. Relocation assistance is not available.

Expected compensation: $221,591–$270,834, including base pay and variable incentive pay where eligible.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Digital IT programs from inception and planning through execution and production rollout.
• Coordinate multiple interconnected projects and ensure technical alignment across delivery workstreams.
• Oversee complex technical implementations in partnership with IT, engineering, and business teams.
• Engage senior stakeholders up to the SVP level and provide structured reporting for timely decision-making.
• Build high-performing cross-functional program teams, manage vendors, and negotiate contracts.
• Own program financials, including forecasting, budget tracking, risk mitigation, and delivery accountability.

Requirements

• High school diploma or higher, completed and verified before starting.
• At least 15 years of IT professional or comparable experience.
• At least 5 years of significant leadership experience on complex global programs.
• At least 5 years of experience overseeing global teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, analytical, conflict-resolution, and strategic execution skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience developing high-performing teams in a matrixed organization.
• Vendor management, contract negotiation, and vendor performance evaluation experience.
• Experience managing budgets of $1 million or more and multi-million-dollar financial reporting.
• PMI PMP and/or PgMP certification.
