Executive Officer

Location: On-site in Washington, DC, United States; primarily onsite performance is required.

Salary: $95,000–$135,000 annually; preliminary range contingent upon contract award, approved labor rates, position requirements, qualifications, and other applicable factors.

What you will do

• Serve as the contractor’s executive leadership and authorized interface with the Contracting Officer, Contracting Officer’s Representative, government management personnel, and customer agency representatives.
• Oversee the entire HQ Services program supporting a Federal Government client.
• Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with customer mission and program objectives.
• Lead program staff and manage day-to-day operations for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead program efforts focused on risk management, innovation, and quality management systems.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of specific experience as a Program Manager, including risk management, innovation, and quality management systems.
• Master’s degree in a related field or 12 years of experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Secret personnel security clearance.
• Ability to support primarily onsite performance in Washington, DC.
