Localization Manager (AI)

Location: Worldwide; remote

What you will do

• Manage localization projects for global clients across apps, games, websites, and software.
• Coordinate with translators and editors worldwide.
• Communicate with clients across different time zones.
• Monitor project deadlines, quality, and budgets.
• Learn and implement localization tools, including CAT tools, TMS, and AI workflows.
• Support continuous improvement of the AI-enhanced localization process.

Requirements

• Some experience in translation or game localization.
• Fluent English and a second foreign language.
• International work or study experience.
• Organized, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work with spreadsheets such as Excel or Google Sheets.
• Some technical background, including basic scripting, CAT tools, or TMS.
• Use of or curiosity about AI tools and LLMs.
• Interest in growing into a professional Localization Project Manager within 3–6 months.
