TL;DR

Translation Project Manager (Localization): Managing translation projects from client quotes and vendor purchase orders through translator coordination, file verification, and final delivery with an accent on quality control, organization, and deadline management. Focus on coordinating multilingual workflows, solving delivery challenges, and maintaining accurate project documentation.

Location: Remote from Peru; Monday to Friday, 08:00 PM to 4:30 AM EST night shift.

What you will do

Create and submit accurate client quotes on schedule.
Issue purchase orders for vendors and coordinate delivery times with translators.
Organize and verify project files for final client delivery.
Track projects through completion, meeting timelines and quality standards.

Requirements

Proven experience as a translator.
Proficiency with SDL Trados and Microsoft Excel.
Professional-level bilingual English proficiency.
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills, practical judgment, and ability to learn new skills and technologies quickly.
Availability for the Monday–Friday, 08:00 PM–4:30 AM EST night shift.
