Localization Project Manager

Location: Poland (Remote); candidates must be based in Europe

hirify.global is a European language service provider delivering technology-enabled content localization across more than 70 languages for clients in mechanical engineering, corporate publishing, e-commerce, hardware, and software.

What you will do

• Manage localization projects from analysis and planning through execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Act as the interface between clients and sales, production, procurement, and other internal departments.
• Communicate with clients in English, including calls, meetings, consulting, complaints, reviews, and feedback.
• Prepare quotes and invoices, monitor project costs and profitability, and maintain revenue forecasts and reporting.
• Coordinate vendors and manage agreed client accounts.
• Document and update client and project information in the project wiki.

Requirements

• Native English or C1–C2 English proficiency required.
• 3–6 years of project management experience in the localization industry.
• Good technical understanding and knowledge of current Microsoft products and computer-aided translation tools.
• Understanding of AI-assisted technologies and willingness to integrate them into daily workflows.
• Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and understanding of industry and business principles.
• Analytical, structured, goal-oriented work style with efficient task and time management.
