Combustion Repair Network Lead (f/m/d)

Location: Berlin, Germany; flexible and remote work options are offered. International travel of up to 30–40% is required.

What you will do

• Develop and execute the global combustion repair network strategy and roadmap in line with business growth, fleet outlook, and regional customer requirements.
• Lead capacity and footprint planning, identify bottlenecks, assess internal and external repair capabilities, and develop investment, expansion, and localization business cases.
• Drive repair technology qualification and transfer with Engineering and R&D, including automation, digitalization, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Lead network governance through business reviews, Shop Council workshops, and planning sessions, establishing standardized KPIs.
• Build performance dashboards covering capacity, cost, quality, productivity, qualification readiness, and delivery.
• Present strategic recommendations and align priorities with Engineering, Manufacturing, Field Service, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and regional organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
• Longstanding professional experience in gas turbine service, manufacturing, repair operations, engineering, or a related industrial environment, with strong knowledge of combustion components and repair processes.
• Proven experience developing and executing complex business strategies and leading cross-functional strategic initiatives in an international environment.
• Experience in repair technology development and qualification, global repair or manufacturing networks, capacity planning, or investment and business case development.
• Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to translate data into recommendations and align diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
