Value Analysis Analyst (AI)

Location: Worcester, MA 01605, United States. Hybrid model with three days per week in the office; willingness to travel is required.

Estimated hiring range: $68,500.00–$116,300.00 per year. Incentive eligible.

What you will do

• Analyze clinical, financial, utilization, quality, operational, and supply chain data to identify cost savings, product standardization, and operational improvement opportunities.
• Develop dashboards, reports, scorecards, data visualizations, and analyses for performance monitoring and strategic decision-making.
• Track cost savings, utilization trends, implementation progress, and initiative outcomes while maintaining databases and documentation.
• Support product evaluations, technology assessments, new product reviews, supply disruptions, recalls, back orders, discontinuations, RFP activities, and continuity-of-supply efforts.
• Conduct evidence-based research and prepare presentations and reports for Value Analysis committees, supply assurance meetings, and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with clinical, supply chain, finance, and operational stakeholders to implement approved product conversions, standardization initiatives, workflow improvements, and data-quality enhancements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience analyzing and interpreting clinical, financial, operational, utilization, or supply chain data within healthcare or related industries.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications, including developing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, organizational, and data-accuracy skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and support cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, solve business problems, and critically evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy and appropriate use.
• Willingness to travel.

• Relevant degree.
• Experience with ERP, MMIS, EMR, healthcare benchmarking, or reporting platforms.
• Knowledge of healthcare value analysis, supply chain operations, product evaluations, and evidence-based decision-making.
• Experience with Lean methodologies, continuous improvement initiatives, or project management practices.
