Location: Hybrid role based in the Nottingham office, United Kingdom.

Salary: £28,495 per year.

What you will do

• Manage a varied clinical negligence caseload across liability investigations, medical record review, expert and Counsel instruction, legal research, disclosure preparation, court attendance, and related casework.
• Conduct client and witness meetings and provide exceptional client care.
• Work independently and collaboratively to produce accurate, high-quality legal work.
• Use electronic case management systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel.

Requirements

• Knowledge of personal injury and clinical negligence claims and the law applicable to the role.
• Familiarity with Pre-Action Protocols, Civil Procedure Rules, and funding in the personal injury and clinical negligence field.
• Ability to work efficiently, accurately, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Passion for providing exceptional client care.
• Proficiency in IT applications and competence using electronic case management systems.
