Product Manager (AI)

Location: San Francisco or New York City, with office attendance required on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

Base salary: $238,000–$250,000 per year for roles based in San Francisco or New York City.

What you will do

• Identify customer problems and product opportunities, then turn them into focused strategies and roadmaps.
• Lead ambitious product ideas from first principles through launch in close partnership with design and engineering.
• Make tradeoffs across customer impact, business opportunity, technical complexity, speed, and long-term quality.
• Use AI to improve research, decision-making, experimentation, and product execution.
• Improve product thinking across the team by creating clarity, accelerating learning, and defining durable principles and success measures.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to identify meaningful customer problems and turn them into intuitive, useful products.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to balance user experience, business impact, technical complexity, quality, and speed.
• Experience moving ambiguous, cross-functional work from problem definition to shipped outcomes.
• Ability to learn directly from customers across segments and translate differing needs into a coherent strategy.
• Practical AI fluency for research, product thinking, decision-making, and execution.

Nice to have

• Experience building collaborative, productivity, or AI-powered products for a broad customer base.
• Experience with both zero-to-one product development and products operating at scale.
• Technical fluency and experience partnering deeply with engineering on complex product systems.
