Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: NYC; hybrid, with required in-office attendance 3–4 days per week, including Tuesdays and Thursdays

Salary: $180K–$220K annually, plus equity eligibility

What you will do

• Own end-to-end product execution from concept through launch for zero-to-one initiatives.
• Design and ship AI-native experiences, including agentic teammates that perform work for customers.
• Shape the product roadmap using market insight, customer needs, competition, and business impact.
• Ship and iterate on a weekly cadence, analyze results, and pivot based on data.
• Align Design, Research, Engineering, Marketing, and Analytics around ambitious product goals.
• Build AI-supported systems for research synthesis, analysis, delivery, and scalable product impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in high-growth technology companies building multi-user or collaborative products.
• Experience taking products from inception to launch.
• Experience shipping AI or ML-powered features or redesigning research and decision-making with AI tooling.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to define user-focused product visions and business opportunities.
• Technical and design fluency, with comfort working closely with engineers and designers.
• Genuine empathy for small business owners and a deep interest in understanding their needs.
