Senior Product Manager, AI Infrastructure

Location: Hybrid role based in New York City or San Francisco, United States

Salary: $160,000–$210,000 per year

What you will do

• Identify high-value opportunities with enterprise customers and shape product strategy.
• Own customer outcomes by removing blockers, improving integrations, and expanding enterprise adoption.
• Build relationships with technical users and drive fast, high-quality issue resolution.
• Translate developer needs across APIs, integrations, documentation, and workflows into product specifications and intuitive user flows.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering, and Design on enterprise growth and product delivery.
• Coach engineering teams and drive multiple strategic initiatives from discovery through execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in high-growth SaaS, including 2+ years in enterprise B2B.
• Experience with land-and-expand or post-sales activities and a track record of delivering high-revenue enterprise opportunities.
• Strong understanding of technical users, APIs, developer workflows, integrations, instrumentation, metrics, and dashboards.
• Strong product judgment, UX sensibility, collaboration skills, and comfort defining specifications with Engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to learn continuously, receive feedback, and improve.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI cloud platforms, model training, or inference.
