Senior Analyst Business Intelligence - 3PL Order Management and Finance Operations (AI)

Location: Hybrid, available from the London or Woking office, United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements using business analysis techniques and AI capabilities.
• Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and data models for Agile delivery teams.
• Perform gap and root cause analysis, define KPIs and success metrics, and support benefits realisation.
• Build and maintain Power BI and Tableau dashboards and reports for operational and leadership decision-making.
• Identify, evaluate, and oversee AI, machine learning, RPA, automation, and digital transformation initiatives, including proof-of-concept delivery.
• Engage Customer Services, Order Management, Finance, data engineering, vendors, and senior leadership; facilitate workshops, support change adoption, and drive implementation.

Requirements

• Extensive experience contributing to the development and implementation of innovative technology and operating models across Order Management and Finance.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Suite.
• Operational experience in logistics, preferably in a 3PL environment.
• Experience in a regulated environment, preferably the pharmaceutical sector.
• Demonstrable experience identifying and implementing AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives in an operational environment.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Strategic thinking, analytical rigour, clear communication, influencing, adaptability, collaboration, and results orientation.

Nice to have

• Experience in a 3PL environment.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies including LLMs, generative AI, computer vision, digital twins, and process mining.
