Operations & Logistics Analyst (Data Analytics)

Location: Weybridge, United Kingdom; hybrid working with employees expected in the office 3 days per week and working from the office at least 8 days per month.

What you will do

• Prepare monthly forecasts, budgets, and accruals to analyze performance within the function.
• Analyze product, departmental, and country performance using large datasets.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales and volume reports to support operational planning.
• Build dashboards for leadership meetings and provide visibility of logistics KPIs.
• Analyze delivery and customer-profile trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and support sales and operational planning.
• Support the development and implementation of an operational shipment volume forecasting tool.

Requirements

• Undergraduate student seeking an industrial placement year, studying Business, International Management, Business Studies, Data & Analytics, Economics, or a related subject.
• Proactive and enthusiastic approach to evolving activities.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel pivot tables and lookups, SharePoint, and Power BI.
