Project Manager, PS EMEA (Power Generation)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution of complex power generation and critical infrastructure projects from contract award through delivery, commissioning, and close-out.
• Own project performance against safety, quality, schedule, budget, profitability, cash flow, and contractual commitments.
• Act as the primary customer contact and build relationships with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and communicate project schedules, execution plans, resource requirements, and milestones.
• Identify and manage risks, opportunities, scope changes, mitigation strategies, and project financial reporting.
• Support costing, variation management, service agreements, renewals, business development, lessons learned, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience managing complex industrial, energy, infrastructure, or mission-critical projects.
• Strong understanding of project financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, profitability tracking, and contract administration.
• Experience coordinating suppliers, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence decisions across complex organizations.
• Excellent customer-facing, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt priorities and drive results in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Experience in Power Generation, Energy, Critical Infrastructure, Data Centers, or Industrial Projects.
• Additional European languages.
