What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows supporting business objectives.
• Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform using scripting, integrations, and low-code development tools.
• Gather requirements with stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Develop and support integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems to improve data flow and automation.
• Test, troubleshoot, and resolve platform issues while maintaining application performance and reliability.
• Create technical documentation, development standards, and best practices for ongoing platform support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow development tools, integrations, and platform customization.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• All new hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
• 3+ years of experience developing and supporting ServiceNow applications.
• Experience with ITSM, ITIL processes, and ServiceNow workflow automation.
