Роль четко описана и связана с ИИ-робототехникой в растущих промышленных и оборонных направлениях, но частые поездки, строгие требования к допуску в США и незрелые процессы сужают круг тех, кому она подойдет.

Location: Remote; willingness to travel to customer sites roughly half the time, including shipyards, arsenals, depots, and controlled areas. Must be a U.S. person, able to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance, and able to comply with U.S. export-control regulations.
Company
hirify.global builds AI-driven robotic systems that use perception, reasoning, and control to adapt, learn, and perform in real-world manufacturing and defense environments.
What you will do
Manage an enterprise territory and create account plans across major manufacturers, plants, business units, and product lines.
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through needs definition, business-case development, negotiation, signed order, and funded deployment.
Build ROI models using throughput, labor, scrap, rework, cycle time, capacity, quality, and productivity data.
Negotiate pricing, deployment milestones, acceptance criteria, performance metrics, and multi-cell rollouts with GTM Operations.
Run capture for government opportunities by shaping requirements, developing teaming and prime relationships, and aligning opportunities with funded programs.
Requirements
8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience with a consistent record of carrying and achieving quota on complex, long-cycle deals.
Demonstrated personal experience creating, managing, and closing complex enterprise opportunities valued at $1M or more.
Experience in capital equipment or automation, such as robotics, machine tools, industrial automation, capital projects, or Robotics-as-a-Service, involving implementation, acceptance, and a payback period.
Experience selling the RaaS model and overcoming complex enterprise-customer objections.
Ability to discuss cycle time, fixturing, part tolerance, and throughput and to involve Sales Engineering when appropriate.
Ability to build relationships and alignment across Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, IT/Security, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and executive leadership.
Ability to translate operational challenges into a measurable financial and strategic business case and ROI.
Executive presence and comfort working both on a plant floor and presenting a capital request in a boardroom.
Willingness to travel to customer sites roughly half the time and work in a fast-growing environment where processes are still being developed.
At least 3 years of defense-market sales experience with defense primes, shipbuilders, defense technology companies, their supply bases, or relevant program offices.
Fluency in defense purchasing, including program offices and PEOs, prime subcontract flow-downs, IDIQ and OTA vehicles, SBIR and STTR pathways, DPA Title III, the Office of Strategic Capital, and congressional adds.
Ability to forecast against appropriations, program milestones, and fiscal-year timing.
Working knowledge of ITAR, EAR, DFARS 252.204-7012, and NIST SP 800-171/CMMC, including their implications for hardware, software, and data in controlled facilities.
Must be a U.S. person and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
Willingness to work inside shipyards, arsenals, depots, and controlled areas and handle badging, escort, and site-access requirements.
Ability to coordinate capture strategy, teaming, and program positioning with the Defense and Government team.
Nice to have
Active U.S. security clearance.
Knowledge of welding, including arc welding, weld quality and inspection, AWS standards, robotic weld cells, or welding equipment, consumables, and automation sales.

A network of VPs of Manufacturing, Directors of Operations, and Heads of Automation.
Experience at a Series D-stage company or similar, helping build an enterprise sales process from the ground up.
