Talent Acquisition Specialist (AI)

Location: Remote from Bosnia and Herzegovina within the CET time zone.

What you will do

• Develop and implement strategies for searching for and hiring qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with the Sourcing team to expand sourcing channels.
• Conduct interviews and provide qualitative assessments of candidate skills.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify and interview the best candidates for each role.
• Prepare recruitment activity reports and collaborate with departments on process improvements.
• Use AI-powered tools to optimize recruitment processes and improve output quality.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience, including work on IT and marketing/sales openings.
• Global recruitment experience with a focus on Europe.
• Proven experience closing C-level roles for the company.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment and sourcing techniques, tools, and channels.
• Experience using recruitment ATS systems, task-tracking systems, and reporting tools, with a data-driven approach.
• A proactive approach to using AI and automation in daily work.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Ability to analyze role expectations, opportunities, and best practices in detail.
• Ability to identify cultural markers in candidates and match them with suitable roles.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a geographically distributed team.
• Result-oriented approach to recruitment.
