Talent Acquisition Specialist (AI)

Location: Remote within Bulgaria and the CET time zone

What you will do

• Develop and implement strategies for searching for and hiring qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with the Sourcing team to expand sourcing channels.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills qualitatively.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify the best fit for each role.
• Prepare recruitment activity reports and collaborate with other departments on process improvements.
• Use AI-powered tools to optimize recruitment processes and improve output quality.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience, including work on IT and marketing or sales openings.
• Global recruitment experience focused on Europe; experience with the US market is required as a plus.
• Proven experience closing C-level roles for a company.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment and sourcing techniques, tools, and channels.
• Experience with recruitment ATS systems, task-tracking systems, and reporting tools, supported by a data-driven approach.
• A proactive approach to using AI and automation in day-to-day work.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Ability to examine role expectations, opportunities, and best practices in detail; identify cultural markers in candidates and match them with suitable roles; manage time and organize work effectively; work flexibly in a geographically distributed team; and maintain a result-oriented approach.
