Talent Acquisition Specialist (AI)

Location: Remote within Romania and the CET time zone.

What you will do

• Develop and implement strategies for searching for and hiring qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with the Sourcing team to expand sourcing channel options.
• Conduct interviews and provide qualitative assessments of candidate skills.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify and interview the best fit for each role.
• Prepare recruitment activity reports and work with other departments on process improvements.
• Use AI-powered tools to optimize recruitment processes and improve output quality.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience, including work on IT and marketing/sales openings.
• Global recruitment experience focused on Europe. Experience with the US market is advantageous.
• Proven experience closing C-level roles for the company.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment and sourcing techniques, tools, and channels.
• Data-driven approach and experience using recruitment ATS systems, task-tracking systems, and reporting tools.
• Proactive approach to using AI and automation in day-to-day work.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Ability to analyze cultural markers in candidates and match them with suitable roles.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to work effectively in a geographically distributed team.
• Result-oriented approach and understanding that recruitment extends beyond communication with candidates.
