Product Manager (English/French, AI)

What you will do

• Lead discovery sessions with enterprise clients to map workflows, identify business challenges, and uncover unstated operational needs.
• Translate customer problems into structured solution plans on hirify.global’s platform, including detailed specifications, prompt architectures, and context structures.
• Drive end-to-end delivery with engineers and AI specialists while prioritizing requirements and managing tradeoffs across speed, stability, and scope.
• Manage several project-led engagements simultaneously and keep senior stakeholders aligned through delivery, progress reviews, and post-deployment rollouts.
• Represent enterprise operators and domain experts while working with the Platform team to identify reusable product patterns.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management or technical delivery roles, with a track record of working with engineering teams on complex, fast-paced technical products.
• Fluent French and English; French is required for communication with users and stakeholders in France, and English is required for daily collaboration across international teams.
• Proven experience personally leading consultative discovery conversations with enterprise buyers and operators, owning the conversation and translating unstated needs into clear solution scope.
• Ability to manage senior client relationships through complex delivery, align stakeholders, navigate competing priorities, and remain the primary point of contact when requirements or timelines change.
• Ability to define an AI solution from a raw business problem without existing features as a reference and write precise specifications for build teams.
• Experience shipping AI-powered features under tight timelines, managing evolving requirements, and documenting strategic tradeoffs.
• Direct experience building with LLMs, including prompt structures, context and output constraints, agentic systems, or model uncertainty in a shipped product or working prototype.
• Builder orientation focused on creating customer-facing solutions rather than only managing traditional roadmaps or processing requests.
• Strong written communication, systems thinking, attention to detail, fluent written and verbal English, and the ability to navigate multifaceted projects.
